Hi, I'm Annabelle

My philosophy as a tutor

My Tutoring

Sincere attitude and its value

To my mind a great interaction between a tutor and her/his students is built on a solid foundation of confidence, observance and good understanding. To effectively evaluate students' wants and needs, the tutor must first comprehend her/his trainees and the place they are coming from. The teacher needs to be the first to unlock good interaction, as not many children and parents will reveal that initiative. The tutor needs to likewise be willing to inform about her/his own anticipations to the trainees; having a sincere mindset towards her/his trainees and showing a care for their study and their lives is necessary when doing this. In case the teacher and students realise each other's goals and perspectives, the building elements of mutual respect are established. Both tutors and learners deserve and strive for respect as human beings and personalities; tutors likewise seek trust in the work-related sense but must beware how they go about it. As a tutor, I will certainly take a position of management, however I do not wish to be an authoritarian or despot. I will also have the chance to be a good friend and trustee for numerous of my students, but I will not cross the line of competence.

The secrets of a good teacher

I am sure that in order to promote study in the finest method possible, the teacher has to be enthusiastic about the topic being learned, even in case her or his students aren't. The tutor has to be the trainer for the students, and stress the advantages about every student's work in an honest way, along with positive critical notes. She/he has to want to split the difference and hear, yet be decisive in her/his pledges and choices.

A teacher is not just an instructor however lifetime student. For that reason, she/he must also keep to build her/his state of expert knowledge, taking extra courses, upgrading her or his degree and going to seminars and forums with colleagues to interchange ideas and doctrines and find out innovative things in order to offer her/his trainees the most updated info possible.

My approach of education is based on exactly what I understand and have face before in my career. I know that my mentor philosophy will change as I learn more as a young expert. That is among the benefits of being human being; we can take wrong steps, or discover something innovative, and upgrade. I am excited about the future chances.

More about myself

I have constantly been the student that asks many! I could remember this being something that for a long period of time used to make me really feel somewhat ashamed in classes, however now after experiencing a number of rounds of examination seasons I have seen numerous advantages of asking all those questions! I really feel that as a result of this I will certainly have a great empathy with my students, and wish that I can give a comfy place where they really feel able to ask me anything. Additionally, as a result of this I am currently much more aware of ways to give excellent answers!
